CE Class at East Cobb New Homes Community A Great Success

If you missed Brock Built's CE Class the their East Cobb new homes community The Enclave at Laura Creek, you sure missed out! More than 30 agents spent the morning learning and touring the community's model home.

The class, which was taught by Vanessa E. Goggans, a Partner at Morris, Manning & Martin LLP and Director of Dogwood Leaning Institute, covered ethical and efficient practices for closing a home, and was held in the media room of the Camellia model on lot 10. Agents were ready to learn after a hearty continental breakfast, and were able to celebrate their newfound knowledge with a pizza lunch and our of the model and community.

The Camellia home is absolutely stunning with its four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Popular features of this particular plan include a fireside great room, open kitchen with a large island, formal dining room, hobby room, flex space spacious master suite and secondary bedrooms and a full unfinished basement.
