The Lancaster Parade of Homes is Back
The Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes has become the
biggest home event of the summer and Keystone Custom Homes is eager to be
participating again in this year’s festivities. Last year Keystone, the area’s
largest locally owned homebuilder, was awarded two “Best in Show” recognitions
and hopes to beat that number with this year’s four
entries.
Categories are determined by house type (single family
home or townhome) and price. More than 20 local homebuilders are participating
in this year’s Parade, presented by the Building Industry Association (BIA), to
display 41 stunning homes.
The fun kicks off on Saturday June 11 and runs through
Sunday, June 19. Visitors may tour the homes during the week, Monday through
Friday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
Weekend hours tend to be more crowded, so it is suggested to visit during the
weekday hours when at all possible.
To prevent damage or stains, visitors may be asked to
remove their shoes and wear socks, stockings or even shoe coverings, per
builder’s request. Bring the whole family to the Parade of Homes, but be sure to
keep a close eye on children.
Whether you are seeking inspiration to incorporate in
your current home, looking to move soon or simply enjoy keeping up-to-date with
the latest trends, there’s something for everyone at this exciting event!
Additional information regarding the 2016 Parade of Homes
can be found here. For
added convenience, BIA has added informative icons to each participating home’s
description for “Exceptional Outdoor Living,” “Neighborhood Amenities” and
more.
