Attend a Free Home Buyer Seminar to Start Fall off Right

Freshly sharpened pencils, trees full of color, hot apple cider and home buying are all en vogue just now, and while they can’t do much about the apple cider, Keystone Custom Homes is helping prepare first-time home buyers for their first big foray into real estate.

On Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon, Keystone Custom Homes will be offering a free seminar for first-time home buyers to provide quick tips and long term financial strategies. The seminar will be held at The Inn at Reading at 1040 N. Park Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610.

In two hours, home buyers will learn how to identify and avoid some of the most common financial mistakes, and how to afford a newly built three bedroom Keystone Custom home for less than $1,300 a month (per restrictions). Home buyers will receive their credit reports and learn how to improve their credit scores as part of a responsible financing plan.

“Interest rates and home prices are at an all-time low,” said Janette Hawkins, vice president of Marketing and Information Technology at Keystone Custom Homes. “Owning may be easier than ever!”

Attendees will also receive a copy of Automatic Millionaire by David Bach. This “Oprah” featured book on financial savvy and gaining control of personal finances encourages readers not to underestimate the importance of small steps toward financial success.

Space is limited and reservations are required. To register for this seminar, call (717) 464-9060. For more information, visit www.keystonecustomhome.com.
