Pennsylvania Builder Expands Reach to Berks County
Central Pennsylvania's largest locally owned home builder is
expanding their reach into yet another desirable area of the state. Keystone
Custom Homes recently opened two new communities, Middle Creek Farms and
Buckingham Preserve, in Berks County.
Middle Creek Farms offers beautiful new homes in Oley priced
from the $230,000s. These Keystone Custom homes are located near Route 422,
King of Prussia and Reading, and children will receive a top-notch education
from the Oley Valley School District.
Also located in Berks County is Buckingham Preserve in
Douglasville. These single-family homes priced from the $190,000s are minutes
from Route 422, which makes commuting to French Creek state park and King of Prussia
easy. Students residing in these new homes attend schools in the award-winning
Daniel Boone School District.
Homes in booth communities come in a variety of floor plans
including the Augusta, Emerson, Ethan, Oxford, Mansfield and Windsor. Features
and finishes of many of these homes from Keystone Custom Homes include spacious
family rooms, chef's kitchens with large islands and eat-in breakfast areas,
master on the main or master up plans, master bathrooms with garden tubs and
dual sinks and spacious secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets.
Keystone Custom Homes also plans to open a third Berks
County community, Penn Hills, in the near future.
