The Orchards Group home sales in 2012 incredibly rose 123 percent from
2011, with 58 homes sold between their East Cherokee and Brannon Oak Farm
communities.
Block further
stated, "With low interest rates and the continued stabilization of the
Atlanta real estate market as a whole, we expect 2013 to be an even better year
than 2012."
