Diverse Group of Active Adults Moving to The Orchards of East Cherokee

Sales have been steadily increasing at The Orchards of East Cherokee this year, and as a result, the Woodstock active adult community has seen an influx of new faces.

Many of the new homeowners at East Cherokee have relocated from outside the Atlanta metro area. In addition to Georgia, new residents have been moving in from Alabama, South Carolina, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Colorado to be closer to their families.

"These new names and faces are a welcome addition to our community. As our community events and onsite activities continue to grow in attendance and number, our new homeowners, with their diverse geographic backgrounds are making things even more exciting," said Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group.

This diverse group of homeowners moving to the community is not uncommon. In the past, new residents have come from as far away as California, Wisconsin and Washington D.C.

These active adults are seeking out communities such as The Orchards of East Cherokee because of all they have to offer their generation. Buyers can choose from low maintenance single family homes and zero maintenance ranch condominiums. Residents also enjoy amenities such as a barbeque grill, swimming pool, waterfall sitting plaza and clubhouse all with a heart of Woodstock location!
