New Home Sales and Marketing Companies

Many builders and developers lack the resources to keep a full time sales force on staff. Some may choose to list their homes with a general broker. There are situations when that is sufficient to get the homes sold. For bigger projects, it is usually best to go with a company that is focused on the sales and marketing of new homes only. You want someone that is focused on your project and not worry about them taking the leads and prospects that your marketing dollars generate to another more profitale or quicker closing property.
