House Swap with Keystone Custom Homes Before the End of the Year

Before the end of 2015, House Swap with Keystone Custom Homes! With this program, buyers can swap their old homes for a new home.
The house swap program is easy and quick. Here is how it happens. Once approved by Keystone’s lender, buyers are enrolled in the program, and construction on their new home begins. Additionally, Keystone will refer the listing of the buyer’s current home to an approved real estate professional, and a consultant will assist the buyer's agent with the marketing of the home. Once the home has been sold, Keystone will give a settlement date, and the buyer will move in to their brand new home when scheduled.

Keystone Custom Homes’ House Swap Makes Getting into a New Home Easier

Keystone Custom Homes helps buyers get into a new home with their House Swap program. Under the program, more commonly known as “Certain Sale,” the builder helps the buyer sell their existing home while their new, Keystone home is under construction, ensuring that the buyer will not have to make two mortgage payments or need temporary housing between the sale of their old home and the move-in of their new home.

Once buyers are approved for enrollment in the program, they begin the construction process on their new home while simultaneously working with an approved real estate professional to list their existing home for sale. Keystone Custom Homes will either refer the listing to a REALTOR or will assist the buyer’s agent (if one has already been selected) with the existing home’s marketing.
