The Orchards of Stoney Point Hits Sales Milestone in First 60 Days

Atlanta based The Orchards Group is proud to announce a rapid wave of sales at its newest Cumming community, The Orchards of Stoney Point. In the last 60 days – and while model homes are still under construction – more than 30 percent of the community’s 130 homes have sold! Plus, an additional nine lot deposits have yet to be converted to purchase agreements.

This wave of quick sales at The Orchards of Stoney Point is a testament to The Orchards Group’s success as active adult community builders, further evidenced by the nearby The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm community, which recently sold out.

Construction on the clubhouse and other community amenities at The Orchards of Stoney Point is scheduled to be completed in December, and model homes are on schedule to open in mid to late January. Ground has been broken on pre-sold homes, and the first closings are expected in March 2015.

The Orchards of Stoney Point offers homes from two collections for buyers. The Southern Heritage Collection will include 58 ranch condominium homes of which only 28 remain. The Arbors Collection of 72 master-on-the-main townhome villas has sold 12 homes.

Until construction on the model homes has been completed at The Orchards of Stoney Point, the sales team will work out of The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm which has two Southern Heritage Collection model homes available for tours by prospective buyers.

Enter Keystone Custom Homes’ New Pinterest Contest Today

When Pinterest first came out, the most popular board ideas were for weddings. Anything from planning a wedding to colors to gift ideas was being pinned to this board. Well, now your board can become a reality the Keystone Custom Homes’ Say “I Do” to Your New Home Pinterest contest.

Keystone Custom Homes and Wells Fargo’s unique wedding registry allows engaged couples to save for a down payment for their future home. This program works just like a check/savings account, allowing the couple and their guests to enter any amount. All of the money in the account belongs to the couple, and they are not obligated to purchase a home from Keystone.
